The Business Unit Casting Process Owner serves as the single point of accountability for equiaxed, directionally solidified, and single crystal casting processes across Howmet Engines Business Unit facilities. This role ensures consistent execution, standardizes best practices, and drives optimization of casting technologies and materials to improve safety, quality, and productivity. The position involves leading cross-site initiatives, transitioning new technologies from R&D to production, and acting as the technical authority for casting process issues.
