About this role

The Business Unit Director for Pharma Specialty holds full end-to-end accountability for the strategic, commercial, financial, and people performance of Speciality Products across Austria and Switzerland. As a member of the Country Leadership Team, this senior leader co-owns the overall company success by shaping strategy, culture, and cross-functional performance.
