Buyer (Engineering Tech IV)

PCSI is seeking a Buyer to compile material requests, prepare purchase orders, and manage procurement actions at the SWRMC-LLTM facility in San Diego. The role involves evaluating supplier bids, conducting price comparisons, and resolving inquiries to ensure timely delivery of goods and services. This position reports to the Procurement Supervisor and requires strong organizational and analytical skills.
