Buyer II

This role involves organizing and monitoring purchasing records, managing the flow and processing of purchasing documents, and cultivating vendor relationships to assure timely deliveries. The incumbent will negotiate purchases to achieve economical advantages, prepare bid comparisons, and expede critical orders for plant operations. Additionally, the position includes maintaining a preferred vendor database and ensuring compliance with external guidelines such as SOX.
