Buyer III

The Buyer III is responsible for purchasing supplies, equipment, services, and construction through formal and informal solicitation methods in compliance with public purchasing policies. This role involves managing high-volume, low to high-dollar transactions, utilizing state and federal cooperative contracts, and overseeing the Authority’s Purchase Card program. The position also requires providing advisory support to department customers and ensuring compliance with procurement regulations.
