About this role

The Buyer responsible for procuring raw materials, packaging, and finished goods using MRP tools to ensure timely ordering and optimal inventory levels. This role acts as a liaison between Procurement, Planning, and Operations to support production schedules while serving as a backup for daily scheduling activities. The position requires managing purchase orders, resolving supply disruptions, and maintaining accurate data within ERP systems.

Responsibilities

Analyze MRP signals to issue timely purchase orders for materials
Manage supplier relationships and resolve delivery disruptions proactively
Maintain accurate inventory levels and production schedule data
Support production scheduling activities during peak workload periods
Collaborate with Planning and Operations teams to ensure supply continuity
