Buyer

The Buyer at Johnson Outdoors is responsible for the procurement of materials, daily supplier performance management, and MRP-driven supply execution to support manufacturing and customer demand. This role involves using analytics and automation tools to drive continuous improvement in supply chain management and ensure on-time delivery for domestic and global demand. The position requires close collaboration with internal teams and external suppliers to manage inventory, resolve issues, and maintain contract compliance.
