Vertiv is seeking a Buyer to join the materials team at its Ironton, OH plant, serving as the central coordination point between Purchasing, Planning, and Production to ensure material availability for the shop floor. The role involves validating material availability, identifying shortages, expediting purchase orders, and supporting accurate production schedules to minimize disruptions. The successful candidate will collaborate with department leaders and suppliers to manage material requirements and maintain inventory systems.
