Buyer

The Buyer position is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of material procurement, including acquisition planning, source selection, cost analysis, negotiation, and contract administration. This role ensures compliance with government policies, company procedures, and international standards while coordinating with local suppliers for parts, equipment, and services. The buyer works independently to process purchase orders, verify deliveries, and maintain accurate documentation.
