Buyer/Planner

The Buyer/Planner role is responsible for purchasing and production planning activities for New Product Development, focusing on achieving business objectives, customer service goals, and optimizing inventory. This position involves proactive risk mitigation, supply execution oversight, forecasting, capacity planning, and monitoring results to support production schedules and raw material ordering. The role also includes indirect oversight of the warehouse team and driving continuous improvement efforts to enhance inventory accuracy and material flow.
