Buyer/Planner

The Buyer/Planner is responsible for purchasing materials and supplies from an approved supplier list while scheduling production and releasing work orders to support plant capacity and customer requirements. This role involves managing inbound logistics using a Transportation Management System and maintaining ERP material planning workbenches to create and maintain purchase and work orders. The position also focuses on supporting inventory targets, implementing cost reduction activities, and managing relationships with domestic and international supply bases.
