BDC advocates for policies, financing mechanisms, and practical upgrade pathways that make buildings safer, healthier, and more affordable by replacing fossil-fuel systems with clean electricity. The organization coordinates partners across public and private sectors to develop replicable approaches, share best practices, and drive market and policy change.
