Cable Plant Technician

The Cable Plant Technician is responsible for routing, labeling, testing, and tracing copper and fiber optic cables across multiple facilities while maintaining compliance with DISA standards and Protected Distribution System requirements. The role involves installing and decommissioning cable infrastructure, supporting infrastructure audits, and collaborating with network engineers to ensure end-to-end connectivity. This position prioritizes mission-critical locations and ensures accurate documentation of cable plant records.
