Cabling Supervisor

The Cabling Supervisor will oversee daily operations of fibre network builds across the Western Isles and other parts of Scotland, acting as the first point of contact for engineering teams to ensure work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to high quality standards. The role involves managing field operations, conducting site and team audits, overseeing health and safety, mentoring engineers, and providing regular progress reports.
