About this role

The CAD Lead operates as a Pod Leader within a Product Development pod, accountable for creating predictable technical execution across concurrent Custom Assay Development and new product development programs. The role translates portfolio priorities into clear work plans, facilitates the Pod operating system, and provides hands-on immunoassay technical leadership and coaching to scientists. In partnership with Program Management and cross-functional teams, the role helps move products from feasibility through commercialization while continuously improving pod operations.

Responsibilities

Lead technical execution of concurrent Custom Assay Development and new product programs
Provide hands-on immunoassay technical leadership and coaching to scientists
Manage project documents and ensure DHF content readiness for Stage Gate transitions
