The Fulton Hogan Cadetship Programme is a two-year fixed-term entry program (Feb 2026–Feb 2028) for school-leavers seeking hands-on experience in the construction industry. Cadets rotate through various operational areas such as surfacing, construction, quarries and traffic management while receiving training and support. The programme includes assistance to complete a Level 2 Certificate in Infrastructure Skills and machinery/licensing training delivered by qualified instructors.
