Cadre Worker - YCA Ft. Stewart

The Cadre Worker at the Youth Challenge Academy Ft. Stewart supports the Georgia Youth Challenge Program by supervising and training at-risk youth in a quasi-military environment focused on character development, physical fitness, and academic success. This role involves mentoring cadets, providing crisis intervention, and maintaining a structured, safe residential setting to help participants achieve their personal and educational goals. The position requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends as part of a 22-week residential phase and a 12-month post-residential phase.
