Café Attendant

The Café Attendant supports the daily operations of The Block, Community Café by providing excellent customer service, preparing food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for members and guests. This role assists with café operations while helping create a positive environment for teens participating in the café workforce development program. The attendant models professionalism, teamwork, and YMCA core values while supporting teens in learning basic job skills and customer service practices.
