CalAIM Support

The CalAIM Support position serves as the operational hub for the program, handling a variety of tasks from clerical work and scheduling to front desk customer service and data entry. This role requires strong organizational skills, flexibility, and the ability to emotionally support participants recovering from trauma and addiction. The position involves maintaining Electronic Health Records, managing provider communications, and assisting the CalAIM Director with administrative duties.
