About this role

A Calibration Technician provides a high-quality, UKAS accredited calibration service for equipment and instrumentation within a client site laboratory and manufacturing community. The role involves performing internal calibrations, maintaining reference standards, and supporting laboratory audits to ensure manufacturing compliance and optimize service delivery. This position requires close collaboration with the calibration team and customers to address measurement-related queries and maintain equipment up-time.

Responsibilities

Perform internal calibrations for temperature, humidity, pressure, and electrical equipment
Assist calibration laboratory team with internal audits and UKAS assessments
Conduct basic troubleshooting and minor repairs to customer equipment

Skills

Qualifications

NVQ level 3modern apprenticeship in a related engineering field
