Call Center Receptionist

Pinnacle GI Partners is seeking a Call Center Receptionist for its Rochester Hills, MI office to handle incoming calls, schedule procedures and office visits, and act as a liaison between physician offices and other practice departments. The role requires strong customer service skills, basic medical terminology knowledge, and the ability to work independently while maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.
