About this role

Celeron is seeking a part‑time, benefitted Call Center Representative in Richmond, VA to handle inbound and outbound calls related to tobacco study participation, collect and enter participant data, promote study involvement, and make reminder calls. The role works 30‑35 hours per week on a Monday‑Friday schedule from 11:30 am to 8:00 pm.

Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to study participants
