About Israaid

israaid.org

IsraAID is an Israeli non-governmental humanitarian organization that provides emergency response, disaster relief, and long-term recovery programs around the world. It deploys rapid-response teams of medical, search-and-rescue, water/sanitation (WASH), mental-health, and logistics specialists to assist communities affected by earthquakes, conflicts, epidemics, and refugee crises. The group emphasizes capacity-building and local partnerships—working with governments and community organizations to transition from immediate relief to sustainable recovery through education, livelihoods, and psychosocial support. Funded by donors, foundations, and governments, IsraAID is known for professional, multidisciplinary teams operating in complex, high‑need environments.
