The Y in Central Maryland (The Y) is the regional YMCA serving Baltimore and the surrounding Central Maryland communities, guided by the tagline “For a Better Us.” It operates multiple community centers and offers programs spanning health and wellness, youth development, and social responsibility — including swim lessons, group exercise classes, preschools, summer camps, mentoring, and family services.
