Camp Cherokee Kitchen Manager

The Kitchen Manager directs the overall food-service operation of the YMCA Camp Cherokee’s Resident Summer Camp program, overseeing purchasing, inventory, food preparation, nutrition, service, sanitation, personnel management, and customer service. This role involves managing daily kitchen and dining operations, planning nutritionally balanced meals, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. The position also includes supervising staff, maintaining inventory, and promoting waste reduction practices.
