Camp Director

The Camp Director leads operations at Camp Mendocino, driving staff culture, youth recruitment, and program strategy to serve over 1,400 youth annually. This role manages a large seasonal team, oversees budget and compliance, and ensures high-quality, trauma-informed camp experiences. The position is based on-site in Mendocino County during the summer and operates on a hybrid schedule in San Francisco for the remainder of the year.
