Camp Director

The Camp Director leads Camp Stella Maris's summer overnight camp, day camp, and leadership programs while managing seasonal staff, programming, safety, and budgets. Reporting to the Executive Director, this role requires a visible leader who builds relationships with campers and staff, ensures a fun and well-organized summer experience, and collaborates on year-round operations. The position involves recruiting and developing a strong seasonal team, communicating with families, and preserving the camp's Catholic traditions and mission.
