Camp Manager – Facilities

The Camp Manager – Facilities provides strategic leadership for the year-round operation, maintenance, and stewardship of Camp Cedar Falls. This role oversees facilities, personnel, budgets, safety, and capital improvements while ensuring a secure, welcoming, and Christ-centered environment that supports the mission of the Southern California Conference. The position is responsible for spiritual and missional leadership, program administration, personnel and financial management, property administration, and safety compliance.
