Campaign Development Manager

This role leads multiple staff teams and builds strong relationships with constituents to implement innovative peer-to-peer fundraising products and exceed revenue goals for Blood Cancer United. The position is responsible for developing strategic plans, training fundraising staff, and cultivating high-level volunteer committees within a designated market area. The role focuses on mission integration, donor cultivation, and driving high-impact fundraising initiatives to support the organization's goal of enabling patients with blood cancer to gain more than one million years of life by 2040.
