Campaign Organizer- Marshalltown

The Outreach Team is hiring a full-time Campaign Organizer in Iowa to lead grassroots efforts focused on corporate accountability, climate action, and healthcare access. This role involves recruiting and training volunteers, door-knocking, phone banking, and executing high-visibility community events to drive voter registration and petition collection. Organizers will also manage digital campaigns and coordinate relationships with community leaders to advance progressive policy goals across multiple Iowan counties.
