Camps and Athlete Development Coordinator

The Camps and Athlete Development Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, and execution of USRowing’s Camps and Athlete Development programs. This role is responsible for the day-to-day administration and logistics of Development Camps, serving as a key point of contact for athletes, parents, coaches, and staff. The position provides on-site support at camps and works closely with the team to ensure programs are organized, efficient, and aligned with USRowing’s athlete development goals.
