Campus Behavioral Health Navigator

The Campus Behavioral Health Navigator supports access to behavioral health services for students and families by coordinating school-based and virtual care activities, facilitating telehealth appointments, and navigating patients through intake and referral processes. This role serves as the primary non-clinical point of contact between the health system and participating schools, ensuring operational alignment, documentation accuracy, and compliance with HIPAA and program standards. The Navigator works closely with clinicians, care coordinators, program leadership, school administrators, and families to reduce barriers to care and promote continuity of care.
