The Campus Coordinator is a frontline role responsible for stewarding hospitality, safety, and order across the Springs Rescue Mission campus in a Christ-centered environment. This position involves maintaining a calm and controlled atmosphere, enforcing standards with respect, and applying trauma-informed care principles in a dynamic 24/7 setting. The role requires emotional steadiness, sound judgment, and the ability to manage guest interactions, safety protocols, and operational duties.
