Campus Experience Manager

The Campus Experience Manager supports the Division of Enrollment Management by managing daily, group, and private campus visits and serving as the first point of contact for campus tours. This role oversees recruitment, training, and scheduling for tour guides and student ambassadors while maintaining the campus tour calendar and managing communications within the division's CRM system. The position also involves collaborating with various departments to enhance visitor engagement and develop innovative initiatives for prospective students and families.
