Campus Safety Manager

The Nueva School seeks a collaborative and community-centered Campus Safety Manager to lead safety, security, and emergency preparedness efforts across its two-campus independent school community. This role is responsible for creating a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for students, employees, families, and visitors while balancing operational excellence with relationship-building. The Campus Safety Manager serves as a visible leader and trusted resource within the Nueva community, partnering closely with school leadership, facilities, human resources, and outside agencies to support proactive safety practices and emergency readiness.
