Campus Support Coordinator

The Campus Support Coordinator serves as a pivotal partner to campus leadership, ensuring operational effectiveness, strategic alignment, and the seamless execution of administrative functions. This role supports campus leadership through exceptional organizational, communication, and analytical skills while managing correspondence, official documents, and confidential records. The position involves designing and refining administrative processes, coordinating complex scheduling, and serving as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, the coordinator develops operational reports, oversees vendor coordination, and acts as the Campus Incident Commander to ensure operational continuity.
