The Cultural Representative Program offers a twelve-month work experience at Walt Disney World® Resort near Orlando, Florida, allowing participants to immerse themselves in diverse global cultures and build lasting relationships. Participants authentically represent and showcase the distinctive cultures and traditions of their assigned country or region, which has been recreated at the resort. The role involves interacting with guests from around the world and crafting immersive experiences through various front-line, customer-facing positions.
