Canada Disney Cultural Representative Program

The Cultural Representative Program is a twelve-month work experience located at Walt Disney World® Resort, near Orlando, Florida. It offers an opportunity to be immersed in different cultures from around the world and build lifelong relationships. Participants authentically represent and showcase the distinctive cultures and traditions of one of the countries or regions recreated at the resort. They interact with people from across the globe and craft immersive experiences for guests while fulfilling various front-line, customer-facing roles.
