The Canadian Payroll Specialist is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of bi-weekly and off-cycle payrolls across multiple Canadian provinces using Dayforce HCM and ADP Workforce Now. This role ensures strict compliance with federal and provincial payroll legislation, tax administration, and internal controls while providing exceptional support to employees and managers. The position requires close collaboration with People+, Benefits, Finance, and third-party vendors to maintain data integrity and resolve payroll discrepancies efficiently.
