Capability Developer, Western Bay of Plenty

A regional Capability Developer drives workforce development for MSD's frontline staff by building their practice skills, confidence, and professionalism. The role involves assessing learning needs, designing adult-learning solutions like workshops and coaching, and evaluating the impact of initiatives to ensure excellent outcomes for communities. This position requires flexibility to travel across the Western Bay of Plenty region and work with diverse service centres.
