About this role
The Capability Manager will join Mercer’s Darwin New Implementation team in Cluj, Romania, supporting the implementation and ongoing use of the Darwin platform for clients. The role is focused on leading and developing a high-performing, multi-location team, and ensuring alignment between employee development and organizational objectives. The position reports to the Operations Manager and works closely with other Capability Managers, Squad Leads and cross-functional stakeholders.
