Capacity and Performance Manager

The Capacity and Performance Manager ensures that mainframe capacity and performance meet current and future business needs while optimizing cost and resource utilization. This role analyzes capacity and performance data, trends, incidents, thresholds, and forecasts to proactively identify constraints and prevent system overload. The role ensures that IT component capacity is sufficient to meet required service levels, optimizes utilization of existing resources, and provides recommendations regarding capacity requirements and performance improvements.
