About this role

The Capacity and Supply Planning Manager leads the people, processes, systems, and analytical capabilities required to optimize supply and manage capacity throughout the supply chain network. This role is responsible for developing the medium and long term capacity plan that optimizes customer service, working capital, operational efficiency, and business objectives. The position leads the long-term capacity planning activities across manufacturing plants, distribution centers, and other stocking locations.

Responsibilities

Lead scenario planning and what-if analyses to evaluate supply alternatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align inventory decisions with business priorities

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, Logistics, Analytics, or another related fieldAPICS/ASCM certification, such as CPIM, CSCP, or CLTD
