Capacity Building Officer

The Capacity Building Officer designs, coordinates, and implements tailored capacity-building initiatives for NRC partners, stakeholders, and duty bearers in Libya's West Area. The role focuses on delivering training, workshops, and technical support while ensuring alignment with NRC's standards, DIP principles, and safe and inclusive programming guidelines. The position requires close collaboration with technical specialists, local authorities, and internal teams to drive project objectives and monitor outcomes.
