Capacity Planning Supervisor, Ground

The Capacity Planning Supervisor, Ground leads a team of Capacity Planning Specialists to ensure every shipment has a qualified carrier assigned in time for pickup, managing carrier assignments, cost confirmation, and margin control. The role also oversees carrier performance, appointment and dispatch governance, and provides first‑tier escalation support while developing and coaching staff.
