CAPEX Control Lead

The CAPEX Control Lead supports the Country Portfolio Senior Manager in coordinating the country CAPEX portfolio across Cement, RMX, and Geocycle businesses. The role is responsible for consolidating CAPEX requirements, preparing business case documentation, coordinating portfolio reporting, and maintaining portfolio data in ERP/OnePPM. This position serves as the day-to-day coordination focal point between plants, Finance, Procurement, and project teams to ensure timely collection of portfolio information and compliance with Group investment processes.
