The Capital Oversight Manager leads independent risk management for capital adequacy, planning, and stress testing within KeyCorp's Market & Treasury Risk Management team. This role ensures regulatory compliance while guiding associates in analyzing complex financial data to support the firm's balance sheet and capital management strategies. The incumbent acts as a subject-matter expert, leveraging advanced mathematical knowledge and quantitative tools to provide predictive and prescriptive solutions for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

Provide independent oversight of the firm's capital management framework
Lead oversight of regulatory and internal stress-testing programs including CCAR
Oversee governance and monitoring of Risk-Weighted Assets calculations
Directly manage and develop a team of capital oversight professionals
