The Mosaic Company is seeking a Capital Project Engineering Co-op/Intern for its Belle Plaine potash operation for the 2027 winter term. The intern will support the execution and planning of capital projects, gaining exposure to multiple engineering disciplines while working full‑time on site. The role includes participation in procurement, project handover, and cross‑functional communication within the plant.

Responsibilities

Execute capital projects from scoping to construction
Participate in procurement activities and vendor selection
Assist in capital budget development and five‑year planning
Support project portfolio handover and closeout activities
Communicate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
