About this role
The Capital Project Manager supports Sonesta’s managed and owned hotels by overseeing capital project delivery and maintaining short- and long-term capital plans. This role works with hotel operations and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure projects are financially viable and aligned with asset goals. The position may require on-site visits to properties and occasional travel (approximately 10-25%).
