Capital Projects Manager

This position manages assigned Capital Projects through the planning, design, construction, occupancy, and warranty periods of complex construction and renovation initiatives. The role involves preparing bid packages, developing contracts, and acting as a liaison between county departments, developers, and contractors. The incumbent monitors contractors and consultants to ensure compliance with specifications and contract terms while providing in-house design review and supervision.
